1. Product Sourcing:

EthnikEase operates as a reseller, sourcing products from trusted wholesalers.
The quality and authenticity of products are ensured through rigorous selection processes.

2. Ordering and Payment:

Orders can be placed through our online platform or though our social media or by whatsapp.
Payments are processed securely.

3. Shipping:

EthnikEase handles the shipping process directly from our office to the customer.
We charge 69/- shipping fees for all our products.
In certain instances, shipping charges might be higher based on the location and chosen delivery method.

4. Returns and Exchanges:

At EthnikEase, While returns are not offered, we gladly provide exchanges for damaged or incorrect items. Reach out to us at ethnikease@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
EthnikEase will provide support and guidance as needed.
